hes fairly old now and does'nt compete anymore, this video is from the early 90's i think.

i heard of him when flex lewis came onto the scene back in 06-07. hes a well respected trainer and definitely shows it with his clients as big_1 has said with flex lewis and zach kahn. dude is a genius when it comes to show prep. wish i had the money to get his guidance!

Vishus - hes on Muscular-development.com mate, theres footage of him training legs, its awsome, i tried it and the burn i got through my thighs was like nothing before. Its like a 30 rep drop set to failure, then you go up to a real heavy wieght after that and do 10 partials. you should check it out mate.
