They got some 180s at our gym, I had to pick one up...hell just picking it up hurt my hand LOL. I just don't understand how anyone can do reps with them.

...and I can easily bench 405 for 5 the traditional way with a bar.
Think about the CONTROL he has over those bells.
...the strength it takes to stabilize them on the way down.
Especially before rep one when he's just laying down.
