That is pretty impressive. Gives the average joe a idea of what he/she could be if they got off their butt and hit the gym

Honestly this was very inspiring to me. Sometimes its hard to believe these dudes weren't just born the way that we see them in magazines haha, if that makes sense.

Lately I've been getting discouraged, especially after losing most of my gains after going threw basic and ait, this kind of re energized me to keep hitting it harder than I used to.

I was most impressed with flex personally

Interesting thing is that these pro's are even bigger in person. Impressive to say the least. Mag's/pics don't do them justice.

this is really a lifetime thing. of course, there will be periods of inactivity. this is truly one of those "sports" where this is a process, not a destination. You will never get to a point where you will be finished. And there will be setbacks. for me, i've had significant injury that has me rehabbing 3 times in as many years. nothing to get rid of gains quicker than an injury. and then you will find some point in your life, I'll call it a tipping point, where, during periods of inactivity, where you will lose quicker than you will gain. It's an age thing. I've been there for years now. once you get into your 40's, and into your 50's like me, even a couple of months off can have a big impact on size/strength.

The good news is you are young, and gains will come relatively easy for you. Just keep plugging along. You'll get it all back and more, sooner than you think!

X2!! In person Phil Heath was HUGE. Same with cutler

Thanks for that TR, just frustrating is all. The gains will come back easily i'm sure, I've already gained about 12 pounds in just a few months with extremely minimal fat gain.

Im honestly surprised more of them didnt have better genetics as kids. Flex did, but many of the others didnt. Very cool post.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

The "genetics" argument is confusing as hell and maybe overrated. Only time will tell. Look at Kevin's arms they where so little they got huge as hell. This makes me excited to see how my physique will develop through time.

Many if the dudes in the pics weren't fully developed to their generic potential imo. But I see what your saying
