Its unbelievable that Serge Nubret was 6'0" and ~ 215lbs. He looks larger than that. Frank Zane was/is 5'9" and 195lbs. Not a comparison by far but I'm 5'10" and fluctuate between 190 - 195lbs.....do gear make your muscles look that much more fuller? The smaller Zane had 18" arms, 52" chest and 26" quads. My poor little arms are 16.5", chest is a measly 45", and quads 24".....my waist is 30.5".

Brian Buchanan was a top-notch and a ''complete'' bodybuilder, BTW.
It is quite unfortunate that he had to take his place amongst the under-rated bodybuilders, solely because he was never crowned.
It is almost impossible not to think what he would actually look like if he was a contemporary pro BB in our day, only if he had access to today's gear and supplementation.

Pros know how to hypertrophy muscles much better than we do, getting maximum size out of every pound. Most pro bodybuilders actually have the same fibre type distribution that we do they are just good at what they do lol
