    Amateur takes 3rd at pro event {PICS}

    Alexander Federov is still an amateur. but competed in a pro event and took 3rd place at the Russian Grande Prix. He looks awesome for amateur, and deserves a pro card more than anyone. He beat good pros like Troy Alves, Rodney St. Cloud, Art Atwood. This is a top of the line amateur. Just needs a little better chest development and thickness in the back. But this an a pro in the making.

    Is there any reason to put the same post up 3 times?

    He's got some impressive size to stand there next to Ronnie and Jay and not stick out too much. Of course, he has nothing on them, but who does. He could be a pro. Needs to work on his biceps, and lats.

    Pec tears like that arent' easy to fix bros. Imagine trying to stitch two bundles of spaghetti together.....

    I had a pec tear two years ago and they wouldn't touch it.

    What kinda exercise causes a pec tear? Flyes? Heavy bench?Dips? How do you prevent it? Does it happen mostly with juicers or can a natural guy get it too?

    Just saw my buddy tear his left pec doing flat bench. Only 315lbs on the bar.
    He's 5'6" 245lbs and solid. He was looking for his pro card, it's a shame. He now needs months of recovery and who knows if he will be the same.

    most pec tears are caused by flat benching, in my experiance. doesnt matter if you are using or not. you MUST WARM UP CORRECTLY.

    dare i say that he almost makes ronnie look small. the kid has alot going on and will do damage in the pros.
    we could someday see a russian mr. o.
    look at the mass and hardness of the kid.

    he suppossedly has had surgery to fix the pec. this could get interesting from here depending on how he heals. could this guy be the next dynasty after ronnie?
