My rat already has some pre existing gyno from puberty andthen enlarged on an imporoper cycle....startewdgiving it Letro at 1.25 EOD for 3 days ..then bumped it to 1.25 ED for about a week...He just started his bulking program yesterday and i am going to give him 2.5 ED for 14 days...then 1.25 ED for the third week...then 1.25 EOD the 4th...followed by .75 ED then .50 ED.. etc ....into the first 3 days of my rat's PCT of nolva andClomid

1.25 every other day should be fine then traper only if needed
but...ive been reading posts and people have been having alot of success with 2.5 ED....and what do you mean taper IF you need it??
its a research product so starting off at 1.25 is fine, if your not seeing results then up the dose, if you do see rusults your looking for then you can lower the dose or continue to run it at the current dose.
no need to really taper it like your suggesting thats why lion says " traper only if needed"
it all depends on how well your rat responds to the letro
My rats do fine at .5mgED. But they didnt have any gyno to start with...

how are you measuring the .5??
great...thanks for the responses...the reason i asked about tapering was because of the Estrogen rebound... i thought tapering decreased the severity of it...but i guess either way the Nolva will take are of it in PCT
i use it in liquid form so is easy to measure out in a syringe.Quote:
