New and need help

Hello i am new i am a 29 year old female i have been working out religously for about 3 years with little or no results. someone suggested winstrol but im scared of side effects could i use something milder like nolvadex and use it alone to see results. Help!

Hi, first of all Nolvadex is not a steroid , its something men use to restart there testosterone production. Women use it to fight Breast Cancer, its called an Anti Estrogen.
