T3/Clen Combo

I want to purchase the T3/Clen combo. In the past i have always done tabs and know my dosage for that, the spray i have never used. How many squirts for T3 = 25mg? and how many squirts of Clen = 20mg? From there i can do the math and get it to my doses as i taper up and down.

is there a t3 handbook like the clen handbook, because i just bought the combo.. and read alot about clen.. and found the clen hand book useful... just seein if there is a t3 one. thanks

and it says 200mcg/ml but you said above one pump was 20mcg? so is one pump .1 of a ml?? im confused on how to take it how do you measure it out

one pump is 20 mcg, thats all you need to know, so if you want to take 120 mcg a day then you take 6 pumps
