How long after taking the T3 will you start to see the sides? When should you take an iodine supp?

Is it true to split up the dosages every 12 hours?

If anyone has taken this stuff and has any experience and advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

I saw some sides the first day, as in increased hunger, and body temp. When I worked my way up to 80mcgs, the sides started to become harsh, and I kept that dosage as my max. Definately within the first week, you should find your max dosage.

I have also have had an increase in hunger. I want to eat everything in sight, and I dont useually get hunger pains like that. I might have to try splitting my dosage up, because I also get some cazy shakes after about an hour after taking it.

It's best to split the dosage up I found. 12 hours worked fine for me.

I didn't get any sides. I never used iodine. I did split the dose morn/eve.

I dont get any sides either. I'm taking 40mcgs in the morning and the other 40 in the evening. I've been taking it since last friday, when should I see some weight loss if any?
