Bacteriostatic Water going bad?

I bought some Bacteriostatic Water from AR for my Jintropin. Although the Jintropin packs come with Ampoules of BW, I hate breaking open glass ampoules. The Bacteriostatic Water from AR comes in vials with a rubber stopper and is therefore easier to use.

My question is: does the water stay good until the expiry date even after I have started using it (i.e. withdrawing 1 ml at a time every 3 days using a syringe - each vial is about 30 ml and I inject 1 ml into a 10 IU vial of HGH each time)? I clean the rubber stopper with alcohol and the syringe I use for withdrawing is new, obviously. However, I am concerned that the water may go "bad" in three weeks since the first withdrawal with a syringe. Or is my anxiety unwarranted and does the water stay "good" (for HGH injection purposes) until the stated expiry date? I keep the water stored in my fridge at 4 degrees C.

the water will last for ages just keep it in the fridge even when you are using it it will be OK
