Newbies need to learn some respect

O.K. first off I know that Lion was having problems last month and that there were orders (including mine) that have been delayed and needed to get fixed. But whats with all the posts bashing Lion. I understand that if there are still legit problems than Lion needs to get them taken care of.

But it really seems like half of these threads and posts bashing lion's reputation are coming from newbies.

I just saw a thread talking about getting a new board sponser and it was from a newbie with about 20 posts. Again if these are legit problems than Lion better get them taken care of, but it seems very shady that so many newbies are bashing Lion.

I mentioned that my order came three weeks late but it was the first time I ever had a problem with Lion and I have been ordering from AR-R and from one of his stores on another message board for over two years. Not bad for an online research company. It seems like Lion has done quite a bit for the bodybuilding community especially here at AR. I am glad to hear everything is back up and running Lion. Keep up the good work.

Yep your right half is newbies griping and the other half is long standing members. Point being he was un-professional on how he handled the down time.

It takes 2 or 3 minutes to type a thread to say, "hey we are still having problems." Instead he left people in the dark for way to many days. He could have taken a few minutes out of his busy day and bumped his orginal thread to keep members informed daily.

To this day there are many broken images scattered across his website. To this day there are members who have not recieved the packages in the appropriate TA time.

Does it really matter how many posts you have? Regardless if you have 1 or 1,000 posts if the man has your money you have a legitimate claim.

Ar-r is not a source he sells legal research chemicals. Their is a big difference when you buy gear and post WTF threads compared to buying Letro and Supplements! Your post count is irrelavant.

Me personally I handled my business Via e-mail. I dont call out anyone in threads.

They come from websurfing and run into AR Advertisments. When a problem arises they sign up on AR to post compliants out in the open. Or in hopes there thread will be seen for help

lion is the shit, hands down. theyve never failed me before, but seeing all the posts im glad i havent ordered recently. however new people posting things like "get a new board sponsor" should be politely tracked down, and hurt, badly.

While I may be new to this board, I am not new to business or how games are played in this type of business. I find it interesting how many nebies still haven't had orders filled from April when other have had theirs filled. And I'm still judging whether it is coincidental or not. Actually if I were going to screw people, it would be someone new without any juice to hurt me like a newbie. And from what I have seen elsewhere, his reputation is only good with certain individuals. Others don't think so highly of him and swear to have seen this before from him without any resolution. Could be they are bitter toward him for other reasons. I'm still giving it the benefit of the doubt and waiting on my package from April 10. I won't order again from him even if my package does come because the seed of doubt has been sown. But at some point the facts speak for themselves. If other people are right and the packages don't show, what then? If it does show, he is a bad business man for the screw up and if it doesn't then you can fill in the blank.

And in regards to respect, everyone wants it and nobody wants to earn it. No matter what your past, respect is something you have to earn every day in business. You can burn years of goodwill in a minutes time. However, I don't think that is the case here. I don't see any of the guys praising him saying they are waiting on packages from him. Maybe they are, but it isn't obvious. Only the new guys that everybody keeps banging on to shut up.

I've always ordered my PCT from lion (plus other compounds) and never had a problem. I always got my package (wrapped incredibly well too, I might add.)

I fail to see what someones post count has to do with their right to fair treatment, what a daft criticism - it's not too hard to figure out that the reason that it is predominantly new members complaining is because it is predominantly new members who order from LION.

I think one of the problems is the newbs kept sending lion PM's and E-Mails to the point where he could not respond to anything. I certainly would not have the time or paitience to respond to 100 PM's and E-Mails from the same 4 people asking the same question over and over again. "Where's my stuff, Where's my stuff?" If I were lion I would have taken your money and ran to Mexico, but he is a lot more paitient then I am, and is getting it all worked out. He could just be one guy running this whole business, I don't imagine it is easy.

agreed.. I haven't ordered fom Lion or said one thing about this, but I have seen the posts all over. I am in business providing services and all consumers whether big or small define a company and the company's success. Every buyer whether it is the first or not has the potential to be the biggest customer or a good one at the least. So with that being said; I don't agree that number of posts have shit to do with anything when it comes to this. BTW, I am a bit reserved on buying in the future because of this. If I was Lion I would be looking at patching up the damage to reputation but, hey, everyone is different and conducts business differently.

I think what your saying (as nobody has picked up on it) is that these posters (Newbies) might not be costumers at all.

Another point i want to make is that if someone has been ordering off someone for two years then theyr'e going to take proirity over some who has just placed one order, surely????

I have been waiting 47 days for my order already. I placed my order on the 15th of April, and it's now June 2 already! I sent them 2 emails already (one of which was not responded to at all) and all i've been getting are jerk-arounds also. Lion also mentioned to me that my item was shipped when it was infact NOT shipped. All they did was just switch my status to "shipped" to temporarily satisfy me and make me think it was indeed shipped. Now it's back to "processing", even though they said they would really ship it a week ago.

I don't appreciate this, especially since this is my second order, and they have my money! I think I (and many others) would seriously appreciate a thread posted, or an email sent out that just simply lets us know of the status of what's going on. Right now, we're all in the dark about it!

As for the newbies posting... has anyone ever thought that these newbies might have been people who have ordered from Lion in the past, and they just never bothered to register on the forums until now?! I.e. they are probably longtime buyers who are fed up with the recent problems that's been going on! Not everyone who buys from Lion are members of this forum!

And what the heck does post count have anything to do with doing business? Doesn't matter if someone is a newbie... if they paid money for a product that they haven't recieved in 3 months, then they deserve to have a say in what the hell is going on and inquire about it. Good lord.

EDIT: I feel I should also mention that I do run an online business of my own selling products to people, and as hectic as things can get, it's not that hard to just notify all of your waiting customers of the status of what's going on. And if something does go wrong, it doesn't take THIS long to correct problems. It seems Lion is being selective about who's orders they are correcting.

Lion is being called a selective scammer on other boards.

Why dont Lion just step up and take care of business.
Several months is not acceptable period.

And those who are bitching because they are in a middle of a cycle and ran out of letro, then that is your own fault. I can't recall how many times it has been said to have your PCT on hand when you start a cycle, as well as any AI's you may need. He made the "waiting thread" for those who still have not gotten their stuff, I don't know what else they want?

the fact of a growing business is if you were to plant a seed in the ground you will have to put effort in to water it and provide for it everyday and then that seed grows and grows which one day will provide you shade, thats a start to finish business building program, he actually got to that point and then seemed like to cut the damn thing down, bad business, his part

I rarely post on this sight but it seems to be the only way to contact LION. Since I have few posts here I cant PM him so the ONLY option us "noobies" have is to post a complaint. Don't be so narrow minded when it comes to noobs. Like a lot of people this is not the only board out there. I am actually on here because of AR. You are hearing about all of this here due to the fact that Lion is a sponsor/approved vendor here. No reason to get pissed because someone is having difficulties with the approved vendor and letting everyone know...Could it be handled better? Probably so, but IMO, it could have been handled better on BOTH sides.
