I am planning on running a 4 week clen cycle after I finish my steroid cycle prior to going on vacation. I understand that you start with a small dose of like 20mcg 3 times a day and increase the dose once you don't feel the side effects anymore until you are around 60mcg 3 times a day. Do you cycle down to or do you just stop taking the clen. Also, is it necessary to take the Benadryl or Ketofifen for your receptors if you dont plan on taking the clen anymore after the four weeks. My understanding of taking Benadryl is that you take it after 3-4 weeks of clen for one week while continuing to take the clen. I am getting my info from the steroids proflie forum. So let me know if I am all jacked up or if I am on track. Thanks

yeah, you take 50mg of benadryl before bed evry 3rd wk. or you can take ketofifen evryday from the beginning. or you can go on for 14 days then come off for 14 days then go back on. personally, i go the benadryl route

Yeah most likely after 2 weeks your receptors will be fried.

I am only doing it for 4 weeks. So, on the third week I would take the Benadryl while continuing the clen. Correct
