    Order number 24076 pending since 09 Jan

    Hi,

    I`ve emailed three times about this order and have yet to hear anything back. I`ve ordered before with no problems. What is happening?

    Sorry. I`ve just recieved a message saying there is a problem with customs. What`s the problem? When do you think it`ll be resolved?
