No products, no refound, no answers!

Hey, I've placed an order several weeks ago, but i havent gotten any products at all.
Ive contacted them by email, and they told me international shippment was delayd, and that i could get a refound. I asked if the package was sent, if it would take long before i could received it and so on.
But no answer, that is two weeks ago, and still no answer, even though i have mailed them Tree times.
Please, send me my products!

same here, no products received.
said refund would be done. nothing yet and no response to emails (sent 3 with no response)

what is the reason for this???
