never a confirmation email and i have tried contacting twice. took a few days for the money to come out of my account and to switch from pending to shipped. but a little longer then most people have experienced. And i am in the U.S.
should i be worried?
or just impatient like the rest of the world?

IVE emaild repeatedly. its been over a month now. and cant even get info on my order. im so unhappy with this service and didn't expect it at all. im ready to get my money back. what do i need to do?
