    Order Issue - Unconfirmed

    I placed an order yesterday, but the server timed out before I was taken to a confirmation screen with an Order #. I have checked with my Visa broker and the charge has been reflected on my statement. Lion: I have sent you a few e-mails with no response. Please contact me through PMs so we may resolve the situation.

    Please send an email to [email protected] Let them know that the card was charged and an order was never generated. Give them the full name on the card, cc#, expiration date and the amount charged and we will refund it fully. I will also forward the name to our sales department and they will make sure to watch out for it.
