one more thing is what to dose the keto and t3 at ? i'm about 145 lbs

I went on 1 squirt the first day for both clen and t3, and added one squirt every day untill i had reached 100 t3 a day, and 160 clen a day...
About the Keto, i took 3 squirts from day 14 and continued during the entire cycle that last for six weeks....pretty good resault with a proper diet.

Just have to tell you that i stopped with the t3 after about 10 days since i lost so much weight, and all i ate disapeared, didnt managed to walk or train since i had no energy...

To answer the question, yes it is all taken orally. But no longer comes with the spray top, he is sending it out with a syringe. I'm using about 0.75mg of the keto and 50mcg of the T3 but I'm at the beginning of my cycle...so I'm not sure what I will work up to.
