Longest clen run

What the longest some of you have run clen . I know standard is 6 weeks and thats what i normally do with Benadryll every 3rd week. Was wondering if there would be any major complications with running it say 9 weeks or so?

Most I have heard of without a break is 4 weeks, longest 2 on 2 off cycle I heard was 4 cycles (8 weeks).


I would venture to say that as long as you aren't having too many sides and your bp is returning to normal along with your temp, you could go even longer.

Right. Thanks. I was reading the profile and it mentioned staying on for 12 weeks as long as you were using benedryl or keto to get your body temp back down and upregulate your beta recpetors. Was just curious if anyone had acutally gone this long.

Make the cycles for clen , short but sweet.

I have heard of 8 weeks with 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, totalling 8 weeks on.
