The best way to run clen is to do 2 days-on-2-days-off.
You start at 10mcg and work your way up till you start to feel shaky. After the 2 days off you pick up where you left off. This way you can run clen for over a month until you get up to 120mcgs...AND get BETTER results.
However, dont take my word for it...try it yourself.
