Benadryl and CLen on the 4th day....

is it safe to take benadryl on my 4th day of clen.....i cant sleep at night

you could get some of lions ketofein and use it daily it may help. Some people use a small dosage daily of benadryl the entire time while on clen to keep receptors up regulated and help them sleep.

i read your post about 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. it should be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. or you can use clen as long as you want you use benadryl every night on every third week. or as i said you can use 2-3 mg ketofein every night while on clen and you don't have take any time off or use the benadryl every 3rd week. I think the ketofein helps people sleep.

will anything happen if i take byna while im on my first stages of clen ? i don't want to throw it off or anything by takeing it early
