I have become pretty frustrated and am about to dispute this with my credit card. Anyone that can help around?
Normally I wouldn't care but this is a matter of time and I need the product now very fast.

Reply on sunday the 28th, said will reship. I will update once I receive package. Ordered through ARR awhile back and didn't have any problems, must have been a mix up or something.
Order received.
There was some type of mix up I guess but everything seems to be corrected, thank you ARR.
They gave me a tracking number that does not even work.
