liquidex at 0.25mg is this 0.25ml?

how many lines on the syringe is 0.25ml? on my syringe i count 11 lines up to 1ml so dont no how to judge it?

it says on the package 1mg/ml 60ml.

my syringe is 1ml

11 Lines? Not sure... 1/4 of the syringe is .25mg so try and even it properly.
