AR-R Clen how many bottles to purchase?

Hey guys,

I was doing a lot of reading on the Clen from AR-R and was going to buy some today. I used some a while back which was from a Canadian manufacturer called LiquiTech. The product was not that effective but I'm almost confident that I did not take proper dosage and/or stick to the workout regime.

What I need to know is how many 200mcg spray bottles should I purchase for the first time based on the recommended cycles that everyone is posting?

Basically while being on clen and going off it, I am considering a strict low carb diet with high protein and doing as much cardio as possible.

one bottle will last about 6 weeks depending on your doseges.

What would be recommended as dosage? I am reading/hearing so many different things, some say start at 20mcg per day (1 spray), others say 60 to 80 and go all the way upo to 120 after about ten days. This where I am really confused. The way I calculated it is that the bottle from AR-R has 200mcg and if I start with 60mcg per day and go all the way up to 120 then I will need to buy 4 to 5 bottles to do this...

Please let me know.

believe its 200mcg per ml.. not just 200mcg

Mulciber, thanks I think i didn't read the bottle correctly. So basically the bottle has 6000mcg which is good enough.

UncleD, believe it or not without clen I actually lost about 100Lbs in 4 to 5 months but that was very strict diet, 2hrs cardio and 1hr wights per day, and I used some fat burner pills. Right now I'm about 260, I want to get down to 210-220 by the end of the year.

clen comes with a dropper and i use 200mcg is 1 cc or ml, it must of come with a sprayer but i just got mine so anybody else got a dropper?
