I just got my order from Lion, its one bottle of tamox. This is kinda dumb but how do you take this stuff? Do you just drink it or what? Also mine is green. What is the differnce in the colors?

I just took an insulin syringe and pulled the needle out with pliars and use that. I always wash down with water right after.
I've done that as well and it worked fine, and I too chase with water to get that nasty taste out of my mouth as quickly as possible.Quote:
