my clen and t3 are in small bottles that do not have the pump but a oral syringe is included in the package. When i use the clen, i fill it up to the second small notch inbetween 0 and 1/2mL to get the 40mcg dose. it looks so small of a dose, am i doing this right?

sounds like it.. i heard you could inject it into a grape or other small food and just eat it, that might work easier
