    Exclamation AR-R cen?

    ok look im in the military so ive been called newbie like a million times... im pretty much tired of hearing it, so hold your newbie jokes pease.thank you.

    my question is about AR-R 's clen from what im reading this stuff really works. i want to try it, but my question is how do you take it? oral? maybe a stupid question but im lost.. so help please, thanks.

    Yes....and most prefer to measure it with an oral syringe.
