Ok, Im a researcher and order some tamox and clomid. Lets say I live in Canada, if the customs open my package and they dont like what they see. They seize it? Giving me a fine? Banning me from crossing the border? What can someone expect when this happen.

Customs will take your stuff and they should send a letter of seizure. You won't be in any trouble.
No idea what arr does about seized orders. You will need to email them.
