Thread: new stack

    new stack

    so I'v been reading on here for a littl while and im going to start taking clen. What else could I match my clen up with from ar-r to gain muscle too. I was gonna do a clen/winni cycle that my friend did that got amazing results but dont see ar-r doing winni. So what could I do that is something around them lines?

    Please read the rules, you cant ask for a source on the open board.

    You also need to list your stats if you want advice, no one will give advice to someone they dont know nothing about.

    Sorry didnt really think I was asking for a source was more or less asking for an alternative name. But my apoligizes. But my stats are

    Height- 5'9"
    weight 265
    body fat-24%
    Age-21

    Iv been working out for a year and a half. I started off weighing 395 pounds and dropped that. I'v now been in a 3 month stall where I have not moved any weight, havent increased my lifts or anything and I need to bust out of the stall. I have changed my diet and routine first in order to try and bust out of it but nothing has worked. I do not want to be a small guy. My goal is not to weigh 170 but to be around 220 in good shape. So suggestions would be nice.

    Unless your diet is in check and your doing your cardio regularly then clen is not really going to help you. As far as winni is concerned, it is a steroid and you should post that in the Anabolic Steroid section. Also try to do a little more reading in the diet section, it will pay off. This site has really helped me gain a lot of knowledge and I still have a ton to learn. But you have to put your time in and research. Good luck with your goals.

    my diet is in check. 2700-3000 calories a day which is 500-700 less then what my maintaince calorie intake is. No junk food or sugary drinks. Protein intake is around 250 grams, carbs stay at around 100 and thats from things such as peanut butter, milk, protein shakes and i dont consume carbs after 4 p.m. My cardio consist of 20 minutes biking at home (i have a stationary bike thats why its only biking) and then 20 more minutes of cardio after my weight training in the afternoon. Cardio in the afternoon consist of either tredmill, eliptical, jump rope, or stair climber.
