I have been doing my research and Im just ordering some liquid clen from AR-R ..Do you cycle it just like you would tabs? Does it come with a measuring device? And whats a smart diet and exercise to do with it to cut down? Anyone tried that same stuff reviews?

It comes with an oral syringe, you can do the 2 week on/off method or use keto/benadryl to upregulate receptors and stay on it for longer periods. Check out the diet forum for tips on how to cut.
