    running Clen

    What do you guys usually do for Clen , how long do you run it for and do you stack anything with it.

    This is what im doing with no AS.
    Day 1 60mcg
    Day 2 60mcg
    Day 3 60mcg
    Day 4 80mcg
    Day 5 80mcg
    Day 6 80mcg
    Day 7 100mcg
    Day 8 100mcg
    Day 9 100mcg
    Day 10 120mcg
    Day 11 120mcg

    I've ran clen up to 4 weeks. If you run clen longer than 2 weeks then you have to run ketotifen with it to up regulate the receptors. I also supplement with potassium and taurine while on clen.

    To really maximize fat burning, stack it with some t3.

    +1 for the keto method, it has worked well for me so far.

    Is running T3 in addition to clen worth the risk of losing muscle mass?

    It's recommended to run aas cycle with t3.

    I've ran t3 without aas and I lost a little strength but not that much to be concerned about it.

    And its effects like this to why i only run Clen

    Did you pyramid to do this or did you stop at the highest dosage ?
