Mixing???

Ok, this has probably been asked and answered but a quick search didn't get me much. What do you guys mix your ARR stuff with to kill the taste? I have been able to tolerate the less than pleasant taste for some time but lately it is turning my stomach and my mouth has gone numb for a good hour or two after (in the case of the Tamox). Not sure what the suspension agent is but I may seem to have developed an allergy to it.

Ya, thats what I had been doing, but the water just doesn't seem to cut it anymore. The taste (numbness) lasts hours in my mouth and I've tossed cookies a few times from it to.
