    I have some dumb questions about Ar-r stuff

    i bought some Clen and t3

    Liquid Clen 30mL 200mcg/mL
    Liquid T3 30mL 200mcg/mL

    Im not really comprehending on how to dose this out.... how would you guys do this combo ?

    how do you dose this ? can i use a insulin syringe ? whats the measurement...

    sorry for the dumb questions, ive never researched the liquid stuff

    You want to use an oral syringe for the products. And dosing is different for everyone. DO a search for clen/t3 logs, and you will find some good info on how to start. Do you have keto or taurine?

    do have taurine, but no Keto im gonna search for the logs
