How much clen should i take......1st timer please help?!

I just got my order of liquid clen from ar-r. I'm not taking it with any steroids. Just using it to help me loose some body fat and get ripped. I have a good workout program with good diet. I don't know how much clen should i take and what i should take it with. Heard some people said take it with Taurin and Benedrly......please help.

The clen dose is different for everyone, you have to see what dose works best for you. Read the stickies and you will see the dose range and how to taper up and down. Taurine is good to take, and look into keto, works better than benedryl.
