For the first time I have placed an order with ARR a few weeks back. The order was quite substantial which was probably stupid on my behalf as I have never dealt with ARR before. But I had just read such glowing reports that thought it was a safe bet. I placed the order with ARR and recieved no conformation through email or anything. On the website it says that my order has been complete but that is all. No tracking numbers or anything just an order number?? I have sent off an email that has not been responded to and I am now seriously considering whether I have been done here!! To top the situation off now I cannot log into the website as a regestered customer as it says that I have entered in the incorrect password, which I know to be the correct one!!
Something doesnt seem right here but I havnt yet given up hope, please whom ever may have had similar trouble could you offer any assistance??
