I used aromasin in my last cycle, with no ill effects. i guess my question is how much does it really help? i started taking it about 3 weeks into my last cycle and all the way till the end, and cant really say if it worked because i had zero side effects from gyno ect. so its hard to say if it worked and thats why i had no sides or i just wasnt going to get sides anyway. i understand the importance of ai dont get me wrong, but is it necessary to take it throughout the entire cycle? next cycle will be 14wks test e 500mg/wk, first 5 weeks dbol 30mg/ed.

i personaly don't take an ai unless i don't want water retention. if i start to see signs of gyno nolva clears it right up for me. i would say it worked though if you saw no sides.

Some people don't need an ai. You may be one of those people.
