cialis dosage

I got some AR-R liquid Cialis 30mg/ml and was wondering if it would be better to take it 24 hours in advance of sexual activity...then AGAIN 2 hours before sexual activity.
Some say it works better the next day.
I realllly need it sometimes.
...and I reallllly need it to work for me Wed night.

Any suggestions?

i only use 10mg and feel it within 2 hours and last for a day or so. I dont see a need to double up unless you have ed issues

im not sure if ramping up like that within a few hours would be a good idea - may be counterproductive especially if you desensitize the receptors? just thinking out loud here bro..

oh boy...not what i wanted to hear.
Ok---well I already took 10mg today---perhaps ill just wait til wed night---when i need it and then take 30--or maybe even 20??
a full 48 hours will have passed
