Is it normal for ar-r to have delivery confirmation? From what I've read, not many companies do that with this sort of material. Does ar-r always require delivery confirmation?

Are you located in the US?
USPS requires express shipping to get a signature. Is that what you're talking about?

Actually, looking at my order, it has priority mail listed as the shipping method with USPS. Is priority mail the same as express shipping?

Answered my own question with a 2 min google. Priority mail comes with free delivery confirmation when you ship online. Which I'm assuming ar-r does.

yes. delivery confirmation just proved you received you package. Ar-r is legal things so there is never a reason to worry.
Any source ships with a delivery confirmation. How would they ever know if you did or didnt get your stuff
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
