Trouble with payment

I have been trying to use my Visa card, which is pre-paid,to make my payment for my order. It keeps telling me that my billing address provided does not match the address of the card holder. It does, I matched the addresses perfectly.

Do you have any idea what is going on to prevent me from completing my order?
do pre paid cards not work?
Can I use an entropay account to make my payment?

Any feedback provided would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an apr number?

It`s a pre-paid card, so I set the address on it myself, I can change it at anytime, but there is no apr number or anything that I listed myself.

Is your order over $400? Sometimes that triggers the fraud system.

Nope order is just around 90 dollars, there is a 110 dollars on the card... I guess entropay doesn't work..."gateway error: this transaction has been declined"

We use an AVS system. Sometimes prepaid cards are unable to be verified and are declined. It cannot be bypassed in any way.
