Why does it take a week from when you place an order with AR-R for them to actually ship the product out?
I've only ordered maybe three or four times from them, and I always felt they shipped out pretty fast. And no, they have no way to identify me by my handle that I use here on the board. So it's not like I receive preferential treatment because I'm a staff member.
How many times has this happened with you, or is this an isolated case?
It is a little delayed for me too this last order is the worst I ordered on the 31 and it just was electronically received which means its not even in transet yet. Last two orders took awhile too and I'm close to where they ship from too. I figured the last one was because if the saleQuote:

It could be the sale, although can't imagine getting backed up more than a day or so because of it?
If I remember correctly, AR-R also has a way of contacting them on their website apart from this board.
Have you tried talking to them that way and finding out what the issue is? Sometimes doing something as simple as that will wake up a vendor, and sometimes, they might ship you something free for the inconvenience? it's happened to me before. Just keep it polite and see what happens.

No idea. I did see a notice on the fedex and USPS sites about some national backup. I'm super lucky though because I live 4 hours from their facilities, so I get mine the very next day :)
Thanks for the responses guys. I put in the order on Thursday and tracking still says that it hasn't been shipped out yet.
I'll give it another day or two and then give them a shout.

I unno but for me I get mine in a week from order, but I live in Canada, For others already in USA it seems to take only like 3 days.
but a week? I am sure it must be some USPS issue, but see what they say.
By the time USPS updates my tracking I usually have the package from them.
Mine was processed through the original sorting facility at midnight last night. Looks like it's all good. Maybe they were just busy from the Memorial Day sale.

Very sorry for this but there's nothing we can do about it.
I recently ordered some liquid cia during the Memorial Day sale. It also took one week before it actually shipped from their location. I received it two days later. However, this has not been the case for previous orders which I usually receive within two or three days. I rationalized that my recent order was delayed due to high volume from Memorial Day sale.

had the same issue. before i placed an order, i was reading all sorts of posts from members stating that they received the product within 2 - 3 days of placing it. i just checked with ar-r this morning because i still hadn't received my tracking #, and was told that "priority shipping takes 5-7 days to receive the order." straight from the horses mouth. it's my own fault for not checking on their shipping policy for myself. THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW - i just wanted to shed some light on shipping speed in case there are others out there who might get impatient (like i was). from what i can tell, ar-r is a solid entity and i look forward to doing business with them again in the near future. they are quick to answer questions, that's for sure. it's great that there is a company like them to help us with our personal health and well being.
Ordered on the 5th and got tracking today saying I'll have it on the 10th. Not bad I think.
Got my order to Canada in 6 business days. That was counting from the US long weekend. Great service and products.
