Shelf life - T3 & Clen

I have some of Lion's Liquid T3 and Clen, dated 11/15/10. Is it any good?

The clen you can TRY..the t3 - no way its any good at this point.
Its not like its hard to tell with clen...take some and within hat 30 mins you know.

Yeah, I found a thread saying that 2 years is about it, for shelf life. I'll do a squirt or two on the Clen. Now to find a thread on how to cycle it, lol... it's been so long since I've taken it, I forgot, lol...

I would rec keto with it run it clen only for 2 weeks then clen and keto for the other 2 weeks.

for me i used LOW dose of 80mcg. some like 200mcg ed. I rec you start at 60-100mcg imo.

Yeah T3 wont last as long as many other chems.

Would Keto be the same as running benadryl or am I thinking of something else?

Im sure you have heard that benadryl will work however that has been shown not to be the case. It and ketotifen are both anti histamines however ketotifen is proven to work for this purpose. Benadryl was irresponsible specultion that turned out not to be true and the forum world is still fighting shaking it as false. Anyway keto works great and its cheap.

Another thing... I have an oral syringe, got it from CVS or Walgreens Pharm, can't remember; it's ticked at .1 - .2 - .3 and so on. I found my old log and it shows that I started at 40mcg, but I don't recall where on the syringe that would be. I'm assuming the .4 is 40mcg, but I don't trust my memory, lol...

how much is your syringe hold? if its 1ml and the clen is 200mcg/ml then half you syringe would be 100mcg and 1/4th would be 50mcg. what ever mark that may be I dont know, but by eye I am sure you can tell in the syringe.. dose the mark to to 10? if its marks of 1-10 for the 1ml then mark 3ish is about 60mcg I think. need more info to help.

Yeah, it's a 1ml oral with 10/.1 ticks.

Cen and t3 are both taken orally NOT injected.

Just squirt it at the back of your throat, because it tastes like shit ;)
