How to use Liquid Spiro?

If my test subjects are afraid of losing hair and I were to treat them with Liquid Spiro do you just put it in their hair and leave it in or would you give them a shower with it and use it like shampoo?

Pour a little in your hand and massage it into the scalp...let sit for a 10-15 minutes then shower because the stuff has a smell to it....
