I've recently decided I want to start cutting.. I know it's early but i NEED abs by at least April. Anyway I've been looking into the Keto Diet. Any opinions on it? I'm finding it hard to get all the fats that are essential to this diet. Can some one help me out with what i should be eating? I've been mostly eating eggs, bacon, chicken, steak, avacodo, ham and shit like that. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!
