Anyone Experienced With DSIP?

Anyone ever experienced with DSIP if so at what dosage? I have issues waking up 5-6 times a night. I have tried everything you could think of over the counter. I also do not want anything addictive of course. I just want something that puts me to sleep and then I wake up feeling energized (not tired).

I have use it. It seemed like it helped about 70% of the time I took it. I had a lot going on at the time though so im it sure anything would have helped. Well im sure some meds would have helped but none that I like to take. It improved my ability to get to sleep but even more so the quality of my sleep. Hope that helps.

Did you feel tired the next day. I have tried 5-htp and all kinds of other stuff. That stuff makes me feel like zombie the next day.

I also heard this DSIP boost GH levels in your sleep. I am not sure if this is true or not.

No thats one thing i liked. No lag the next day. However it works it doesnt give that hung over ffeel or lag the next am. i think it really does just improve the quality of sleep.
