    Shipping address is different from billing address

    My purchase is getting declined because the address is not mayching my billing address. Im putting my billing address in the top address field and then clicking "ship to new address" and entering my shipping address there. Is there any way to get this to work?

    Call your bank and update your info for your card.

    I did this and im still getting the error. The address is already updated on my account and there shouldnt be a problem
