Taurine is an sulfonic ammino acid that is robbed from your body when you take T3

How do you replace it? Is there a REAL amino acid replacement / suppliment for taurine?

You can buy taurine just like you can buy glutamine, or any other amino acid supplement.
I'm not sure if it is real or not, but I bought some for back pumps. I read that it would help get rid of the back pumps, and it really got rid of them.

You can buy it on every supplement store ( for example from scitec nutrition. I use 3 gr every day split in 3 doses. It also helped me with back pumps.
