dutastiride saved my hair but i need help

I have been using dutasteride since last year, i don't have been taking it twice per week.

I stopped in January and notice thinning starting back.

The reason i stop is because it was causing bloating and also fatigue.

Is there a way i can take dutasteride without suffering from fatigue and bloating?

used .5mg twice a week Monday and Thursday. My stats 5 feet 11 225 pounds 42y old going on 43.

I will try this way and i got some armidex maybe once or twice a week. Both are liquid bough on Ar R Lion.

I am off all steroids , T3 clen . I am eating a lot of veggies, fruits in moderation, protein, i cannot tolerate whey even isolate so i just bough some vegetarian protein, i eat red meat and whole eggs.

And limit all other junk and sugar, i also cut out cafeine.

I also added DIM to see read good things about that, trial and error i guess. Lets hope for the best most people added this and armidex reported less fatigue bloat and more.

^^^brings up a good point, have you tried the topical route? Topical spironolactone and Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo?

Yup Nizoral 1% EOD helps, jump on Minox 5% foam 2x a day as well. GL

thanks guys i tried spiro last year it smell very very very bad i got a great deal on minox 5% sick deal for a whole year, ru58841 will look into this.

So far sides are very good my mistake taking liquidex at 1mg and being idiot not reading the label.

Cutting this at .5mg looks fine, so far no fatigue. I need to monitor this very close.

Ok thanks guys for the RUI its very expensive, but lots of positive reviews on it, right now i been separated for 2 years, gotta a condo to pay and all so i can't afford this.

We are not allowed to post price i will respect that but liquid duta and liquidex really cost pennies when used twice per week i am very impressed so far with liquidex because its also changing my body and i like it, less water etc etc.

Also minoxidildepot can get you generic minox 5$ kirkland brand for the price of a 1 month rogaine you get the whole thing for a year. I dont know how they do it but WOW.

I can't wait for regrowth and thicker hair.

If you are going to go the RU58841 route check into alibaba for purchasing the raw powder.
