    Its interesting you say this. I started taking it daily at a low dose. It effects on BPH symptoms and blood pressure have not diminished over time BUT the sexual enhancement benefits, while still there, do seem to have calmed a bit. I bet you can build some form of tolerance but probably in the case of a compound like this nothing super significant. Just my thoughts.

    Yes. I take 3mg/day. Most take around 5-10 for daily dosing.
