Problem with the website

I've purchased with my MasterCard from the website many times and now no matter what I do or how I put it in the website will not take my MasterCard. I've been on the bank about this and made many many phone calls and they claim it's on the server send that it's not even showing up tonight attempted to make a purchase with the website, I can't figure out what's going on has anyone else had this problem
