    Nectar

    I bought this protein called Nectar. I just needed a protein that mixed well with water, so I could have some when I was in a hurry. The stuff tastes great, mixes with ease. I have never heard anyone talk about it, so I was wondering if anyone here has heard of or used this stuff.

    It says crystal sky. It is like a fruit punch like flavor. It says to mix 1 scoop with 8 oz. of water. But I mix it with 16 oz. It is not as strong and tastes better. The stuff is cheap at all sports nutrition .com
