I like the optimum casein protein I use it all the time, most my other stuff is generic brands and I couldnt care less. Protein,glutamine,bcaas and vits.
yep, I use ON's whey protein powder as well. Used it for years. Quality is good and price is very fair.
^^^ have to agree also, im a fan of ON's p.p as well i brand hopped for a while and have stuck with ON for a while now plus my training partner works at the store where i buy all my supp's so i get a great deal considering the price is good to begin with
